Heather Enderle

Heather Enderle is a trial attorney with four years of experience who enjoys using her skills to advocate for clients and contribute to the community. Heather specializes in criminal defense, criminal set-aside (expungement), restraining order/protective orders, and immigration.

Heather graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in 2017. She got her start in the legal industry as a legal assistant for an immigration law firm before heading to law school. While a law student at Willamette University, Heather worked as a certified student law clerk for various immigration law firms and the Oregon DOJ Child Advocacy Section. Heather graduated from Willamette University with her J.D. and passed the Oregon bar exam in July 2022, beginning her career as a Deputy Public Defender in Marion County. As a public defender, Heather has represented clients in trial for cases ranging from misdemeanors to Measure 11 crimes. While at the public defender office, Heather was co-director of the Willamette Valley Clear Path expungement clinic offering criminal set-aside services to members of the community.

Heather was born and raised in the Willamette Valley and loves the opportunity to practice law in her home community. When she is not at the office, you can find her out on the water kayaking with her husband, and Golden Retriever, Bailey.
