Jacob Reynolds

Jacob Reynolds is a trial attorney and the founder of Reynolds Trial Law.  He was raised in rural Oklahoma, and like many of his clients, comes from a working-class family.  Jacob attended the University of Oklahoma where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies.  He also attended the University of Oklahoma where he received a Juris Doctor.  He was sworn in to the Oklahoma Bar Association and returned to rural Oklahoma to work with the people that he understood.

Jacob began his practice as an associate attorney at Wagner & Lynch, one of the preeminent criminal defense firms in Oklahoma.  He completed numerous jury trials in both federal and tribal courts and also had extensive experience in state court.  In 2023, he moved his family to Marion County, Oregon where he has practiced ever since.

Prior to starting Reynolds Trial Law, Jacob served as the Assistant Executive Director of the Public Defender of Marion County, where he took numerous people accused of crimes to trial and secured acquittals and dismissals on a variety of cases including allegations of domestic violence, sex crimes, property offenses, drug offenses, and serious violent crimes.

Jacob believes that the right to an unlimited trial by a jury of our peers is one of the most fundamental rights that we have.  He has experience in high-stakes cases and understands the risk and strategy that is required to succeed.

Outside of the courtroom, Jacob is a family man and an avid outdoorsman.
